Ordering & Shipping Policy

This ordering & shipping policy applies to products & services displayed and sold in this website “www.lithentic.com” (including its subdomains).
“Customer” means the individual or company who places an order to purchase product(s) or service(s). “Company” means Lithentic Technologies (OPC) Private Limited.
1. Product Sourcing
- All products displayed and sold in this website are manufactured by our company. All our products are manufactured in India.
2. Ordering
- We offer quantity based pricing scheme for all our products. Ordering of higher quantity leads to reduction in pricing rate. Please refer to quantity vs pricing table displayed in respective product description page.
- Single order can be delivered at single location only. To deliver products in multiple locations, different orders need to be placed.
- The product descriptions and datasheets displayed in our website will be considered absolute and only reference point for product performance evaluation.
3. Payment
- Customer need to complete payment through the payment gateway web-interface provided by our payment partner company: RAZORPAY SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED.
- The payment modes and interfaces like debit/credit card, net-banking, UPI, wallet etc. are solely facilitated and maintained by the payment gateway partner company.
- To further clarify that, no credit/debit card, net-banking, UPI, wallet information collected or stored in our databases by our company “Lithentic Technologies (OPC) Private Limited”;
- In case of leak/theft of payment related information, financial fraud, transaction disputes, EMI related disputes involving the online payment of order, our company can not be held responsible in any manner.
- In case of failed payment through our payment gateway web-interface, we can provide our company bank account details (on request by customer) for direct online money transfer. Cheques are not accepted for online transactions.

4. Packaging
- We provide adequate packaging to protect products from regular shipping and handling with no additional charge to customer.
- In case of product return, customer need to use same or similar packaging.
5. Shipping
- We currently ship products only within India.
- We ensure the fastest delivery of orders through our courier partner companies.
- Depending on the the delivery location, it will take minimum 1-2 to maximum 8-9 Business days to deliver the order. The product packaging preparation of order may take additional time. Expected delivery day is displayed at order placement page.
- The order delivery status can be monitored at track your order page in this website. The customer is advised to create account and login with credentials to track and manage orders efficiently in our website.
- The shipping cost will vary on total consignment weight and shipping distance.
- The shipping cost is included in total price and displayed as separate price entity at order placement page. The GST on shipping cost is combined and showed as total GST for the order.
- The shipping rate is decided by the courier partner company and is subject to vary without any prior notice.
- We shall refund full amount for failed shipment/delivery. Please refer to our refund policy page published in this website.
